Issue Description:

I've been on the stress test servers 128 players for several weeks now and it's just horrendous. I'll list a few things.

1. you join the server and no spawn points appear, it loads forever.
2. if you can spawn you often come to an empty base, only to be killed 2 minutes later by built buildings that suddenly appear, or you are in the middle of barbed wire.
3. vehicles that are spawned take 10 minutes, that was my hardest case, you hear the order sound but nothing comes. If you order several times, you suddenly get 5 trucks at once.
4. the economy system of the base often only loads after several minutes. it often gets stuck at 250 supplies.
5. the driving and shooting is a disaster, it moves in slow motion, 60 shots or more for one opponent is simply insane.

i have a fibre optic line, a new gaming pc, how long will these stress test servers run?
