idk, server has mods, but issue is not mod related.

Issue Description:
So I've spotted 2 bugs;

1. When taking 1500 supplies from main, unload 50 at a base, load 50 back in and continue to a different base, then unload the 1500, you don't get any XP for it.
2. When I have a supply truck, drive where I want to deliver, then I got killed, then I went back to get the truck, and delivered the supplies, then again, no XP.

Also, maybe not a bug but;

3. When moving supplies further into the land to an other base, no XP.. but I think moving supplies further is also valuable, but now you don't get any xp for it. (maybe give the half of the XP of something?)
