you right superflukey, I've tried to join the same server many times loosing all gear and position ( this night ). Now seems fine and I got my gear and position but it's not the character I choosed in my profile ( it's a women ) .. Btw now gear and position seems saved so... Let's see, maybe it was a db fault
Hi soppa, I will make a try with some clanmate that got this problem and Ill tell you if works also for them. I dont think this is cause because your ssd is faster than before, I launch arma in whole ramdisk and got no problems. Maybe a connection issue?
You are right soppa, disabling BE all works fine with my mates that got this problem... Hopefully it's a password server so I can disable battleye but what have to do someone with a pubblic one?!

I think you are a little confused about what this is..
I heard about this because some times ago I was making benchmark of my new pc and on famous benchmark site this MVP is forbidden because it gain you a boost without overclocking your hardware..
You can also check on youtube, it's full of comparison and don't know where you find your 30 to 33 fps. Btw this software IS WORKING, it only need a little care of somethink, some glitch sometimes, don't know why. I'm not a noob to arma, I haven't touch viewdistance and so on, I put myself on Stratis via editor and started the game with and without this. Didn't touch anything..
Btw I know and you know that with this engine there's nothing to do even spending resources to optimize it.. It need to be rebuild from the ground. I just try everything to make this game more stable ( fps -> gameplay ).

? Everyone with a modern cpu got this... You only need a cpu with integrated gpu ( intel hd series ) and a dedicated gpu.. It's not a so strange technology =)
Can't try but now with redstone's video is all clear: bullets seems to impact and make sound of impact on the back of billboard but they pass through, in the front there's no sound and no sign of impact and this confused me.

If you read the related ticket you can read that bullets pass through the front but not through the back ....

I play with 8.1 since technet release and no problems here... Maybe some files are corrupted or some driver fail..
In the rpt first there's a simple vas mission then at 0:50:25 we started an official bis mission ( headhunters )

Same kind of error today. I wasn't playing the mission, only server crashed when one destroyed a radio tower.

Ok, if it's a known issue.. Why is only known from march and it isn't fixed yet? :-) I see many people using sli for ArmA 3 in bis forum..
This happens very random for me also in 1.02... if greyhawk start engine itself put a waypoint and THEN I take control, all is fine.. Otherwise 80% it explode after connect.....
Yeah, some sort of animation for maybe towing vehicles to repair or something like..
It just need to made a battery ( rangefinder battery maybe ) that refuel the darter... The autonomy is very useless... Neither my parrot ardrone has this few autonomy and it's a toy... An uav in 2035 maybe get something more...

Same error still in last update ( 31/10 ), if I didn't start HC with -nologs my rpt is hundred of mb with this spammed... Please fix this!
PS this is spammed until I start a mission, when mission start and HC start to work this stops a bit ( always there but not so often like fist )

No please, don't do this... Or maybe... Before FIX SLI flickering in PiP... And then maybe do this...

Still present and as said before only in some vehicles and in the uav terminal. 680SLI here and driver from Arma3 alpha till the latest beta are affected but I don't think it's a driver issue but some config mistake. Why only some vehicles got this flickering and not all them?
Seems noone care.. Always more ppl star using a SLI upgrading their old HW to gain more power.. But we are always stuck here... 30% of PiP works and the others continues to flicker... The fact it's that this pip flickering is only due to something they have YET corret in some vehicles ( hunter without GMG/HMG ) but how long this take to apply this fix to all the others pip view?
That's frustrating... Some vehicles with flickering and others still with... The time for fix this how would ever be? If some vehicle are fixed is something in config or p3d to change..
This bug is still not assigned to anyone to solve it.. Not surprised that in 7 months this bug is still here...
Btw for me there's a BIG difference...
what I've do:
Stratis, editor, save a mission with player in one position in the middle of the city.
Tried every sli bit 11 compatibility profile, noone works fine ( 2 works without flickering but only because sli doens't work... ) . So I tried to see how many fps I got with default nvidia bit compatibility and so on... GPU 1 98% - GPU 2 97% 74 FPS!!!!
If I go forcing single GPU ( same position, same mission in editor ( empty ), not changed visual moving mouse ) 38 fps...
FROM 74 TO 38 FPS!!!!!
It's almost half of fps drops!!!
So I've to choose if play with flickering and good fps or stay with low fpw and without flickering... Great!

With latest update ( 31/10 ) seems some vehicle no flickering anoymore instead many others and also the UAV control still does
Noticed one funny thing:
Hunter without weapon -> NO flickering
Hunter with weapons -> YES flickering
Some mirror/lcd in some vehicle are fixed, other vehicles and UAV control panel are still bugged. I think this thing could be fixed very quickly if only you compare what's changed in the now working mirror/lcd with what's still wrong in others. If only this ticket will be assigned to someone...
