The southern half of the map still doesn't work on PS4. From the horizontal line Zvir-Staroe-Solnechniy the focus can't move south.

Je joue avec mon équipe aussi sur PS4 en serveur officiel sur chernarus et ils nous arrivent la meme chose, nous avons fait comme toi, pris tous les medicaments en grandes quantitées et la maladie s'en va pour revenir au bout de 2 minutes.
C'est totalement injouable, ont consomment beaucoup d'eau et de nourriture sans compter la discretion au niveau zero.
Notre personnage ne fait que de mourir car il tousse, renifle et cela de plus en plus au fil du jeu, jusqu'a en mourir, car cela deviens injouable.
J'ai deja signaler ce probleme, mais aucuns retours, aucunes solutions apportées, rien du tout.
Si une solution existe, je suis preneur aussi.
Mais le mieux serait d'apporter une correction a ce bug, que si l'on est malade, qu'un seul medicament de tetracycline suffise.
Et juste le fait de marcher dans l'eau, on deviens malade...
Alors un correctif a ce gros bug et vite.....

That means there is an issue with your video drivers. We suggest that you do a clean install of your video drivers to fix any corrupted files.

If community, you will have to contact the server owner. If this is on official, you can join another server on the same hive, this should reset your character position.

In such case there is nothing we can do as the mod related crashes have to be fixed by the mod creators.

The 0X00040004 error specifically refers to network timeouts. It seems that there is a some sort of connection issue between the server and your network. Do you have this problem on the official servers nearest to your location as well? Have you tried packet loss test? Do you have DayZ allowed in your firewall? Have you tried to reset your router?

The crash dump files point towards @basic Map mod. However, if you are getting BattlEye timeouts then that is an issue related to BattlEye.
