I have noticed recently with the new 1.13 update TOOLS ARE UNBREAKABLE (possible bug)? Even if they are ruined you can still hold ruined tools in your hands, hold ruined tools in your inventory, hurt players with ruined tools, and do base wall damage with them... This is game breaking and needs to be fixed ASAP. People can now essentially break through an unlimited amount of walls with one tool. (This is coming from someone that has raided roughly 5 large bases on official servers since the update)...
