There is Bug with getting a headshot from a rifle to the helmet. The first shot you get unconscious and lose around 49 health points, so far so good. Now you get a new pristine helmet and your health and shock restored to 100 points.
When you get the 2. shot the same should happen like in the 1. shot. But the player dies immediately every time.

100 HP with pristine helmet -> get shot -> wait until 100 HP -> get a new pristine helmet -> get shot again -> die

This is related to several factors.
When head health is below 10% of health, player dies (global health becomes 0).
Damage is affected by armor (some helmets, masks and goggles).
We have tested this extensively and everything behaves the way it is supposed to.
