Does this issue occur with all the tuna cans you find in the world or did you have the tuna can from previous version? Are there possibly any steps that could lead to the tuna being unopenable?

The issue with the binoculars is known and scheduled for a fix. The issue with tuna is also known, however, we are still gathering information as to why does this issue occur. Can you please let us know if you are experiencing this with every single can of tuna you find in the world or if you had the tuna you were unable to open from the previous version of the game?

Is it possible that someone has destroyed the lights by shooting at them? As that would cause them to despawn. And have you checked the server RPT file to see if the despawning of the lights has been logged?

Have you always been experiencing this issue since installing the game, or has the issue started to occur only recently? Have you tried to verify the game data cache in Steam? And have you tried drifferent sound driver version to see if it has any effect on the issue?
