Hello Davemaca.
The issue with the binoculars is known and scheduled for a fix. The issue with tuna is also known, however, we are still gathering information as to why does this issue occur. Can you please let us know if you are experiencing this with every single can of tuna you find in the world or if you had the tuna you were unable to open from the previous version of the game?

Hey Geez,
I Would be happy to answer this question as it happens with every single can of tuna in the game. I've tried every possibility to open them including hold RT tapping RT twice, and using the older method of holding RB to open the cans. I've literally just stopped picking them up as the unable to be used in game.
