1.02 Experimental Base Building Deconstruction/Destroying not working

Description

I built a base down in Solnechiy docks on experimental just to test and everything worked as intended including the new sounds for Combo locks, generators, etc. I built two walls then converted one to a gate with a Combination Lock on it with my code and went to bed. Next day Experimental gets a new update and I log back on to check the base the combination lock code doesn't work anymore and I can't destroy my walls to get into the building. I assumed at first someone hijacked my base by sawing off the lock and adding their own but after getting into my base and grabbing my hacksaw I removed the Combo lock off my gate. After removing the lock the gate now acts as if there is a phantom platform and I can walk where the platform would be and float. I can no longer open my gate or remove any part of it with a hatchet or destroy it from the outside, same goes for my other wall. I also tried to add a new combo lock to the door with no success. Upon further testing I found out walls you could walk through are ones that have materials placed on them still after restart. Any wall without materials on them but are built will act as fully upgraded walls with barbed wire and a platform regardless of what it actually is. Any wall that is built this will happen to after server restart, before it's fine for the most part.

Steps To Reproduce

To reproduce: Build a wall(as long as it has a bit of frame) and wait for server restart.
Try to remove the wall without success and place materials on said wall to walk through them. (Ex. Nails, wood planks, metal)

Update: The stuff I built(Two walls, Gate and a barrel with items) have now disappeared completely but their hitboxes are still existent within the world. I cannot interact with them nor can I see them.

This is a known issue that is related to the issue with the fence / gate collisions upon server restart.
