I tried to rebind eye focus to RMB, and when i pressed "apply" a field with a button name became empty. I tried to reassign buttons as they were, but again - everytime i pressed apply all the fields that I interacted with became empty. So i tried to revert all changes by pressing "reset" but it had no effect. Then I decided to delete USERNAME.dayz_preset_User.xml, and the one appeared in its place is almost empty - there are no keybindings, only <controller name="PCKeyboard">etc. So now i have absolutely no means to play this game - there are no controls in it, except a mouse working in start menu, but when i connect to some server and enter the game even a mouse doesn't work.

If you completely delete the C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ and C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ Exp folders completely and relaunch the game, is this issue still present?

I have no DayZ Exp folder, but deleting DayZ folder helped to create a proper USERNAME.dayz_preset_User.xml
Also I figured out that you need to change keyboard and mouse keybindings in the second column (where gamepad controls are listed) for them to be properly saved when you press "apply". Please make it so you wouldn't have to dance with tambourine around your computer and delete folders when you decided to rebind a couple of buttons.

@Geez Please add to the control settings menu all the functions that are in USERNAME.dayz_preset_User.xml, but are not available to assign control keys in the game settings menu.
