There are already 2 cars like Van or Multicar that are sitting in the game files for years and they were still not released.
Van is already in the DayZ as a wreck, but there is no driveable vehicle. But lately it was added to the Arma Reforger, so maybe it could be ported...

Do you have Steam cloud sync enabled? If so, please disable it and then try to completely delete the game including all the folders and addons that might be left upon uninstalling.

Since the game freezes unfortunately we have no way of debugging the issue. We suggest to check your OS for corrupted drivers/installations. Make sure you have enough memory allocated and as last resort you could try to reinstall the OS.
