If the Intel(R) HD Graphics integrated GPU card is the only GPU your computer has, then unfortunately your computer is not sufficient to run the game.
Also your CPU is also slightly below the minimum requirements.

Please try to delete the documents folders again and make sure Steam Cloud Sync is disabled before doing so, as that could potentialy restore the folders.

This is as designed. There is no a "layering" feature. So every bullet gives damage to torso and all items on it the same way.

We have fixed the problem on our end and the fix should be released with the 1.24 update.
Unfortunately the log does not contain any related information as the game does not crash but freezes only. Have you installed any additional software upon reinstalling Windows that could be causing this?

we changed our server from DE:1390 to DE:1486 and still lags
still relevant to this day and it doesn’t matter whether it’s a community server or not, even if it’s a community server, I think this error can be fixed
