Steps To Reproduce

delete the :\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ and and :\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ Exp folders, then verify the game data through Steam.
run norm and exp dayz with bulldozer, swap files from exp to norm in documents
update drivers on amd and downgrade
update DX
reinstall then check files
full reinstall
run as admin
check files for "only for reading"
run launcher norm\exp = instant error occur

Additional Information

when i run DayZDiag_x64.exe game has start and i can check servers to join and when i try to join any server mod\vanil i get error "client use diag.exe which has not found on server"

and i cant take refund cuz i spend in launcher around 5h when try repair that ****

Please try to delete the documents folders again and make sure Steam Cloud Sync is disabled before doing so, as that could potentialy restore the folders.

hello geez, i dont want be rude but did you read my first solution "delete the :\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ and and :\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ Exp folders, then verify the game data through Steam.", btw ofc i off clod sync.
ill try all variations that i read in bugfeed

I did, however it was not mentioned whether you disabled Steam cloud sync. So I suggested doing that again with cloud sync disabled in case you did not try that.
