Exactly, it is what I was discussing with the pilot while we were on station is that a large amount of immersion is completely lost as I either need to sit in the co-pilot or a passenger seat to get any sort of freedom.
ARMA 2's worked fine albeit you could see that you did not actually have your hands on the weaponry, that really doesn't bother me and considering how the ARMA series does animations with legs and body being independant they could just use the moving hands from the FIA Offroad .50cal if they really are afraid of people complaining.
I did think of the IR Laser, but in my case only leader roles have IR Lasers but it could still be added!
Yeah, not sure about singleplayer.

Machineabuse I agree, but that AD2001 that is another problem, you have to have an Explosive Specialist or an Engineer to do simple compound breaches with explosive charges.
Like I said, it does cause problems because AD2001 you are right, most of them cant but that god awful Action Menu is why I made the ticket. I agree that you should be able to TakeHomeTheCup but its just having 'Place Explosive' and 'Open Door' on one scroll menu means that someone will accidentally press it and of course you cannot pick the charge back up.
As mentioned it would be better if there was a 'Place X' and then another option when looking at it to 'Arm X' or 'Pickup X' as then accidental placement would be completely avoided.
I can safely say that almost everyone at some point in time has accidentally placed an explosive or done an action they were not planning on while trying to open a door, etc.
I am still getting this issue, bearing in mind it was being run on a listening server.

MaskedMan, ARMA's Fatigue system is a feature, a feature used to create and uphold a level of realism that ARMA is known for. Yes I do like having to have concern over fatigue as it is an important gameplay feature. If you overencumber your character they are slower and and to take brakes where as the lighter you are the faster. This means that assault teams can do things like dropping backpacks, etc.
This is one of the worst bug reports I have seen, not only do you not understand that being a semi-simulator it is bound to have a fatigue system. The Maps are meant to be big as ARMA is designed to be played as Combined Arms gameplay. The stamina system may need to be altered a slight bit I agree.
Don't make several tickets in one place because it does not help.
What? Creating invisible walls would be a foolish idea as it would just cause players to become stuck. Also, "Don't spawn units with optics to get shot at", sorry but I don't have time to completely re-script entire factions to remove the optics.
There should be a method to either lock a mission to have an inventory system like A2, i.e. not taking clothes especially for PVP missions where you don't want a body deleted.
As much as I love the ability to change clothing and weapon attachments on the fly it is just abused until the point where FF is occurring and people not having the optics they should have.
Oh yeah it wasn't meant to be fatigue, rather than feature request. Changed.
There is also the thing of them not just being called NVGoggles anymore, they have set colors for different factions.
Yeah problem still persists, listening servers are no longer possible at this time. Unless port forwarding is done which many people cannot do.
