I just tested this and there is no difference. Texture filtering High is the same as the second picture without the Nvidia control panel.
Have you tested leaving the anisotropic filtering on "application controlled" in the Nvidia Control Panel?
I'm not an admin here, but if I were you I'd contact BattlEye too, since Geez said they are the ones who monitor hackers and servers etc.

@Geez @byNautiic Here's a video of one of my stashes. This one has not been found yet so you can see my layout. I will upload when he finds it and fills all the empty slots with ammo. I will check often so we can narrow down the date/time it happens. Then maybe we can figure out who they are

@byNautiic @Geez Ya, he's systematically going through the map and has so far found almost every one of my stashes. It's just a matter of time before he finds them all. I would love to show you my stashes so you can see that these are literally impossible to find. Maybe one or two, but not all... You would have to literally search every tree on the map.

Your problem was you had a gold gun and you weren't cool enough to carry it. ^_^

Experimental is currently trialing rank requirement for equipment from arsenal, it may require tweaking in future but it will most likely be implemented to vanilla conflict in the next major update. Supply heavy loadouts are and will likely always be an issue but it is being curbed through this new system by ensuring that at the very least if players wish to run loadouts with high supply costs they must first contribute something to the team. Finding a balance between player freedom and realistic/practical loadouts can be challenging but dedicated classes are antithetical to the sandbox concept and there has been no indication that i have seen from the developer that such a system will likely be implemented in the future.
nobody uses them because of this, same with flares they dont like up a large enough area, most likely a compromise for optimization...
It would be nice to receive some news regarding this vital feature, we're receiving TrackIR support in 1.3 with still no news on HOTAs support, Arma 3 released 12 years ago and came natively with HOTAs support. Arma Reforger came out 2 years ago now. This feature is needed. A good majority of the community are waiting on this and we're in the dark. Thanks.

Today I found the same issue on another server managed by some one else. If someone CANNOT replicate this please also comment here because I would really like to pinpoint if this is something happening on specific cases because as of now I find this bug on every (updated) server (Which I assume is not correct as I can see other people still playing on servers around the world. They cant be all Windows servers or non-dedicated servers).
I drive trucka off road through forests often with no issues aside from the expected ones of driving over a rock/stump and being stuck due to that. Or sliding downhill and getting wedged between trees which is also expected
@Geez any update on this now that we have steps to repro?
Related to T186929 and should be resolved by future update.
I haven't seen it in a while @Geez, seems you guys got it fixed. The only thing that needs to be worked on for vehicles is the path prediction system, the server sometimes tosses us into tree's.

Still can't join almost all European servers. Some NA work, but I live on another freaking continent. I can join a couple French and German and.. I don't speak neither French or German. I like the game itself, but playing with 150+ ping is not fun at all.
Unfortunately I can't refund the game anymore, I'm just wondering if support will respond.
This is decal issue, engine has some sort of an issue with rendering them. It can be seen sometimes on major distances through optics when a player seems to be beneath a road i.e.
