Since the game freezes unfortunately we have no way of debugging the issue. We suggest to check your OS for corrupted drivers/installations. Make sure you have enough memory allocated and as last resort you could try to reinstall the OS.

The crash dump points towards nvppex.dll file, indicating a problem with your GPU drivers. Please do a clean installation and check your OS for any corrupted installations/files. Also make sure your system is up to date.
Disabling HWAA in the game might resolve the issue but the root cause is somewhere on your system.
There is also a chance that if you are running Nvidia app instead of Ge-force experience that that is the cause of the problem.

Unfortunately there are no .mdmp files and therefore we have nothing to go on or to analyse. Is there any sort of error? can you describe the issue in greater detail?

There is no further information I can provide. As posted on our social media and by me on countless tickets here. We are aware of the issue and we are working to get it resolved as soon as possible. There is no ETA currently I can provide and I am going to close this ticket as there is nothing else for discussion nor there is any information I can provide at the moment. Closing the feedback tracker ticket does not mean we stop working on the problem, It is currently our highest priority to get the Xbox back in working condition and we are working closely with Microsoft on this.
