I think there should be couple more spots with medical tents and roadblocks.

If you travel to "military island" or whatever the smaller one is...There is no roadblock or any "checkpoints". I would image if virus hits there should be couple roadblocks/checkpoints on main roads with medical tents to test people.

Now when people eat bear or wolf meat and getting parasites... They need medical items.
