Steps To Reproduce
- Start single player game master
- Spawn any helicopter and player character
- Switch to player (1st person mode), enter helicopter as pilot and take off
- Crash helicopter into environment in such a way, that the instrument failure indicator appears (instruments will be stuck in last position before crash)
- Switch to game master
- Right click helicopter and use "Heal" to repair helicopter
- Switch to playable character again
- All indicators are reset to default values and are not working (best indication: compass stuck to "North" even though helicopter not aligned to North)

To add to that, I think this is a more general problem with the game master heal.
I had the same happen to other vehicles with other parts of the vehicles.
For example if you shoot a vehicle until it smokes, and then heal the vehicle, even though it shows 100% health, it still continues to smoke.
