I managed to get windowed fullscreen.
You first have to press escape while in game, then you have to do the shortcut (ctrl+enter or ctrl+alt+enter iirc). Yould work that way.

I think my main issue is that I have 8 gigs of ram and it's using 7.57 gig, windows idles at 2 gig so my mouse just keeps freezing and I can only run forward u can't look around because I'm getting lag because my ram maxes out. .62 used less than 4 gig was so smooth to run please fix or let me know it its just part of the stress test having the ram usage so high

I am experiencing the same problem that OP is having although, the frames drop excruciatingly low while it is happening to me. It feels like I'm crashing in about 60-70% of the buildings I go into. I will get frozen for about a second or more, then be able to move for a second over and over. I'm also running on an AMD FX-6300 so it may be that. My headset is a Logitech G930 and I experience the issue on wireless and wired. Hoping there is a fix soon, this makes the game very hard to play.

I have solved the problem now. i have uninstalled the game again via steam (everything). then I reinstalled it on another hard drive (ssd). before that was medium D: now I have it installed on C: and it works wonderfully. no more mistakes. I'm having the same problem. I've verified my game files in steam successfully (no files were downloaded). I uninstalled and manually removed any DayZ folders found in My Documents and AppData. After reinstalling and then upgrading to 0.63, I still get kicked immediately with the error:
