seen this issue just playing with a "normal" character. take weapon out then the character puts it back. but repeating the action works as intended
noticed the same on logon after having logged off with a gun in hand.
bad static distortion sound on login
yup. moving forward, switch weapons, let go of forward key while this is happening will keep your character in forward movement till the animation is done.
had a badly damaged repair kit and used it on m4.
went from pristine to worn .

mosin\m4\pistol all seem to shoot off center even though using the iron sites.
well I would agree to that. But natural regen should have occurred and some change to colour should have come back
resting may help.
make sure you have something equipped in your hands.
using fisty cuffs put the character in a fighting stance

It just seems like bad detection.
character should "bunny hop" when running or sprinting,
and the character should "vault" when walking or standing still.
a temp fix is to change stance IE fists up\down depending on the stance that was causing the vault.
same goes for item\weapon stances.
in reality bullets don't penetrate water. as mythbusters' prove the projectiles (bulets) will decelerate so fast that the bullets fall apart.
