Quenched isn't good enough, you gotta get the message that you are full.

well I would agree to that. But natural regen should have occurred and some change to colour should have come back

I got badly punched today, ate and drank a good bunch of stuff and continued on my journey. My colours are slowly coming back while i continue to eat and drink from time to time. Seems to work alright for me, although I didnt rest.
