But your point regarding use of absolute time is valid however its not that simple since we would have to make solution for all platforms and not only Windows so it might be considered in future.

Hello, do you still experience this issue on currently released 1.2.1 or Experimental 1.3 ?
In that case I will resolve this ticket since issue is no longer reproducible and could be caused by error on backend which was already fixed.

We identified issue internally and will move to resolve it.
In Experimental it failed on removing it from workshop with "Addon removal failed!" and no error logs.

Could you provide more information regarding this issue?
Could you try to launch server with provided addon which should make it freeze right when some scenario is loaded to see if it freezes and fails to crash.

Hello, identity conflict usually means:
- Your Steam Identity is already linked to some other BI Account (probably personal)
- BI Account which you are trying to link is already linked to another Steam Identity
Origin of your issue comes actually with Steam integration with Workbench which solve different subset of problems.
Only one person is able to upload it because specific Steam Identity is owner of that addon unless Steam account is also shared.
Logout itself in Workbench will not unlink your account so you have to unlink it ingame.
This is something we are aware of and is on our list of things to solve for future, for now only solution is to share Steam account and properly link/ unlink.
Can you send us GUID of your addon? We could look for which identity it is linked to and possibly we could change it to another steam identity if you need.
