Yeah it's a bit hard to test the alpha when the alpha literally just put me in a jail cell...

KOMIN, will we see a fix for this anytime soon? And how will those who can't respawn or take damage handle things? Is it possible for DayZ staff to move us out of the building either through the hive's XYZ coord or logging into a server with an admin present? Are there even admins? Lol.

Edit: I GOT OUT WITH THIS UPDATE. I'm free. Exited through the wall next to the bunk in the jail cell. My friend however is still stuck in a 5x5 little box on the opposite side of the hallway.

I'd like to request that the AAF soldier models be copied/reconfig's and added to the BLUFOR team as well - doesnt have to be actively used, but having the uniform model's that they use on the BLUFOR side would resolve this issue.

Bigger - non SOF realism units - should be able to take advantage of this as well.

To clarify and simply the issue. BLUFOR can put on the IA_Soldier_02/IA_Soldier_lite_F and have it work and show clientside. But it will NOT show on to anyone else looking at him. When a INDEP player puts it on, everything works fine.

Why cant all uniforms be put on all characters without this client-side only issue?

A simple work around would be to add those INDEP models to the BLUFOR side as well, but that would work only in my specific situation and not the grand scheme of things.

BI/Community, feedback/acknowledgement would be greatly appreciated!

I just want to add that if possible I'd like to request that this be made to a Higher than normal priority. BI is about to release the game and ... this is a big issue for everyone who uses VAS and/or wishes to use the INDEP AAF models as a BLUFOR team.

I agree and came here to report this very thing. It would be a lot easier for mod makers and players to do camo/uniform variations! It would also greatly change the way _co's are formed.

Note. I'm only editing the _co files. Not touching the _as.paa's

So this may be an error on the _as.paa for the default IA_Soldier_02 guy.

EDIT: And the NATO chest rig _as's.

Ive previously reported this as feedback and a mod here quickly said no and closed it. Nice to see this one not shut down instantly.

The most important thing about NVG, although I fully support this idea, is that IT NEEDS TO HAVE A GRAINY FILTER on it. This crystal clear NVG thing is silly and grossly unrealistic.

I have confirmed that this has to do with something regarding FULLSCREEN.

Possibly with the gamme adjustment to 1.3.

I ran flawlessly in Fullscreen Windowed; shortly after moving to Fullscreen and then setting gamma to 1.3 to crashed/locked up.

Maybe a GFX Driver issue?

astaroth, I want to further update this to say that I'm able to safely play, no issues whatsoever when I go into windows fullscreen.

My drivers are all up to date, same with DX, I am not overclocking, and all graphics are on standard.

Again I have a suspicious this has something to do with windowed fullscreen vs fullscreen.
