For my case I've found the downloaded sp25wht9sq.paa file has wrong content. The content is HTML instead of an image. This is the content:

Found that now displayName is required for the top class.
The link from Map -> Log -> Hints -> my mission hint doesn't work, meaning that it simply opens the field manual on the first entry "Prepare for War".
For info, it happens on the dedicated server too, or using Zeus. From RPT:
"Error a1 reading file 'config\\squads\15bn\sp25wht9sq.paa'"
RPT spammed with 18:44:22 Warning Message: Cannot load mipmap p:\units\15bn\sp25wht9sq.paa.
procmon spammed with QueryBasicInformationFile P:\Units\15BN\sp25wht9SQ.paa SUCCESS.
The filename is P:\Units\15BN\sp25wth9SQ.paa, can be an issue of case sensitivity? (note the last two characters in the file name)
@vlad_8011: it's about the BI game launcher, not the game itself.
It should save the weapon attachments in "linkedItems[]".
It doens't care if multiplayer or singleplayer: I've realized now that it happens the first time since the game process has been started. Uninitialized variable?

Did a repro right now. Only got this:
Root "scripts" folder no longer supported, 'scripts\A3\ui_f\scripts\initDisplay.sqf' ignored
Try in "Plane control" section (not Heli), the throttle control, assign both axis (first + and then -) to it. If it goes reversed, try the other way (first - and then +).

Footprints are also left on the place while staying still.

It logs twice when opening the Debug console.
Same for 1.38. It works for hosted, but not for dedicated.
