Client doesn't crash if vonCodecQuality is not given in server.cfg.

  1. start dedi with attached server.cfg
  2. start client and connect to dedi
  3. select a mission and start it
  4. in-game, press caps-lock to talk
  5. game crashes

Attached crash dump and rpt are from client.
Attached server.cfg is from dedi on a different computer.
Crash happens on client only.
