I changed the preferredObjectViewDistance from its default value of 1375.8242 to 1800. Z fighting still persists.
I changed the sceneComplexity from its default value of 1000000 to 2000000, and again, no change.

So I removed all files from the DayZ folder in my documents and the z fighting still persists.
Thanks for such a swift reply. I've tried changing every graphical setting and removed my .DayZprofile from the documents folder and unfortunately nothing worked. I will go ahead and remove all files from the folder to see if it helps at all and ill get back to you.

Have you tried to change the video settings if that has any effect on the issue? And if not, can you try to remove the contents of your C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ folder and let us know if you still experience the issue?

Currently there is no such thing as diarrhea in DayZ. However, some server admins set their server message that appears frequently in the bottom corner to things that lead some players to believe they are diseased (instead of the usual "welcome to the server xyz enjoy your stay").

It doesn't seem like the "420x" server has been moved as of right now and still exists on the Official public shard. Is this a Bohemia server? Steam provides the server with a map number, while the vast majority of servers show 'dayz_auto'.

Are there any recent crash logs in your C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\DayZ folder? If so, can you upload them to this ticket so we can check what has possibly caused the crash of the game? Also, can you describe the crash of your computer in more detail? Was there any blue screen error? Was it a scheduled update? Or did it just turn off suddenly? As for the game itself, it is possible that the game/steam files have got corrupted during the crash of your computer and therefore there is nothing you can do, other than re-installing the game unless you are able to verify the game cache in Steam for Dayz (Right click on the game in library, if you can enter "properties" then do so and navigate to local files tab. There should be verify integrity of game cache files button).

If you navigate to the folder where your Steam games are installed (example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common), do you have a DayZ folder in there? If so, can you launch the game through executables in the folder? And did the crash game crash appear with an error message or did the game just shut down? Has your computer crashed afterwards or did it just do a scheduled restart due to something such as window update?

No,i deleted all files,but files in Program Files (x86) was cfg files.

Glad to hear that you were able to resolve the issue. In the original report you do mention that you have deleted all the dayz files, were the config files still present even upon uninstalling the game?

This is not a bug but the server "420x" was set up on a wrong shard. We have contacted the server provider and the shard has been changed to the correct one. As for the other server you have mentioned, that is a testing server, which is supposed to be on the official hive.

@Geez No,this is happen only in DayZ. I have hard drive,my hard drive is very old (7 or 8 years old) but this lags happen only in DayZ. No one process don't slowing down my computer.

Have you checked your resources monitor to see if there is some kind of process slowing down your computer(or possibly some usage spikes when the lag oocurs?)? Also, do you run the game from normal hard drive or from ssd?

@Geez I have this problem since 0.62 coming on exp.branch. About 32b and 64b i don't know. I play on 64b client. This slutter coming at 0:00 to 0:03. Video settings don't affect at it.

By the lag, do you mean the slight stutter at third second of the video? Has the issue started to occur recently/upon a patch? Have you tried to lower your video settings if that has any effect on the issue? And do you also experience this issue on experimental branch and both 32b and 64b executables?
