Two non-official public servers appear on the official server tab everytime.
Both of those servers use deceptive titles to lure in unknowing players, one advertises "Massive loot" the other disguises itself as a "test"

1- Start the game, remove all filter options
2- Wait for official server list to load all servers
3- Sort by name
Server owners got defensive on reddit after pointing the problematic name out. Apparently they restart the server several times a day to "increase loot", which shouldn't really do anything with the current loot mechanics.

This is not a bug but the server "420x" was set up on a wrong shard. We have contacted the server provider and the shard has been changed to the correct one. As for the other server you have mentioned, that is a testing server, which is supposed to be on the official hive.

It doesn't seem like the "420x" server has been moved as of right now and still exists on the Official public shard. Is this a Bohemia server? Steam provides the server with a map number, while the vast majority of servers show 'dayz_auto'.

It indeed appears that the server is still on a wrong hive. We will contact the provider and will let you know once we have more information.
