We have been testing the issue internally but so far we were unable to reproduce the issue. How does the issue manifest for you? Does the vehicle not start any more upon server restart? Or is just the fuel indicator showing that the tank is empty?

Hey! Please...Answer me,i wan't to know,will be hardcore in DayZ? Or it will be casual typical game? Sorry for this utterance,but it really it. We want survive in this game,count every bullet,every eat. If you will do more hardcore,game will changed,but if you will not do hardcore in BETA it will be big
disappointment for us..for survivors,we think you should do the hardcore in beta,not later...we want to survive,but not just play in DayZ!

This ticket can be closed. I was able to get out by moving toward the edge and disconnecting my Internet. After logging back in, the character was outside of the boulder.

Why not have both options? The controls of a game should be completely customizable to allow players to choose which set up is more comfortable, not to force players to play the game differently to perform the same actions. I do not see why there can't be another option (other than limitations of the engine) just to toggle raise and lower weapon, or to aim down sights? What about zoom view, if that comes back where will you bind it? It just gets more complicated for a player here.

We do not plan adding the toggle option for raise arms/ironsight aim into the game for the 63 version as it is a design decision to have these actions on the hold keys.
Our lead designer Peter has gone more into depth about this topic in yesterdays status report - https://dayz.com/blog/status-report-september-2017-2.
You will only notice it if you play at a lower sensitivities where it takes you around 11cm to move an object on the screen from one border to the other border horizontally.
Mark the starting point of your mouse and mark the distance it takes your mouse to move a distant virtual object from one side of the screen to another horizontally, then do the same test using the same starting point as before. in the end you should have two lines representing the mouse sensitivities, if the two lines overlap you have 1:1 mouse sensitivity if they don't then the mouse sensitivity is scaled incorrectly when zoomed in. Do not use a scope where you cant see the borders of your screen.

I figured.
It was just working fine before, so it was either decided that dual monitor resolutions should no longer be supported or it is a bug, that couldnt be resolved for the last year.
I dont want to ask for accountability or why and so on, but I would wish to know when this is going to be resolved.
