@Geez bumping, this is still important. You can take pretty much any game with leaning mechanics as an example/inspiration (random one off the top of my head: PUBG).

@Geez A couple more recordings to emphasize the severity of the issue and how often it's occuring. The first video has timestamps marking where the bug occurs, the second one just shows how helpless the player is when it happens. This is on a slightly modded server (MIDNIGHT 1PP), so server's performance might be different from vanilla official servers.

@Geez can this be acknowledged, please? Humans don't move like that. Please disable leaning while sprinting, or provide a dev comment :|

I also don't quite understand the issue here.
Your sensitivity does not scale when zoomed in, yes - it remains the same. Otherwise there would be no point in scoping/zooming in to be more precise (only to see better) because slight mouse movement would turn you as much as it would when scoped out.
Let's say that the minimal movement you are able to make while zoomed out is 1px. Now use the Hunting Scope and that becomes 12px. You can't now precisely target something that's, say, 5px away from where you were looking before (and couldn't adjust the aim as the object looked too far away) because the slightest movement makes you turn by 12px.

The GPU might be overheating and thus throttling once the game starts using it. Monitor the temperatures.

x64 or x86 DayZ build? I believe I experienced this on x64.

At the moment I only remember one such case where I suspiciously went unconscious: was fully healthy, hadn't received any damage prior in that life, wore a worn or pristine shirt. A chambered AUG shot to my arm from 1m away knocked me unconscious (not instantly, I still managed to spray the shooter down, then I went uncon after a few seconds). Woke up soon after that.

Must be due to the fact that the magazine didn't actually disappear and would re-appear after relog.
