I think this is an overlook from the devs because nobody should be able to lean like that while sprinting (or even jogging). People actually bind their keys now to automatically lean while strafing.

I would change the severity of this issue to major. It is an incredibly annoying meta - people sprintwiggling and shooting from their hips with accuracy. It looks stupid and gives an unfair advantage vs players who don't want to abuse the mechanic.
Simply force the player down to a walk when leaning, fixed.
On a related note - movement intertia needs to come back, zig-zagging back and forth when sprinting should either drastically increase the drain of stamina or slow you down. Preferably both. Current movement is far too arcade, especially with the absurdly fast sprint speed.
