apparently this was fixed on 12th of July so it should have been in the dev after that, this ticket is dated 30th of July. The debriefing was also fixed awhile ago.

HangleHeal should be attached to the injured and will only be triggered where healer is LOCAL. So adding it in init field of the unit is ok
not sure what the video shows, I tested it just now on onternal no issues

How do you order unit to heal themselves from vehicle, all I get is 'treat self' and that works fine when you order it and unit uses medkit, triggers handle heal

It looks like a bug in the code thats correct but intentionally left out from autosaving so that it only saves when you request it. It autoloads when exists though. It has been explained on wiki
It does not save by itself, you need to run saveMissionProfileNamespace https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/saveMissionProfileNamespace

Cannot confirm the Title, it works as intended in my test, overview text on the other hand doesnt. Are you sure you save and export mission every time you make changes to the scenario properties in the editor or description.ext?
