Other players cannot see visual effects (fire, light, smoke) on launcher shot in MP

Can be reproed with all hand-held launchers; can not be reproed with Vorona (launch_Vorona_base_F) and all vehicle weapons (e.g. SPG-9)
Seems to problem in class GunParticles for hand-held launchers because Vorona does not have GunParticles in configuration

upd: for test I set fast shooting to AI unit via scripts, seems particles works randomly in this case, see this video https://youtu.be/0ODkMmmLLRI

  3. result → 2nd client cannot see any VFX


repro scenario, launch it in SP, and dedi server, compare results

This seems to be related to the magazine being deleted when fired - if the magazine is modified to be deleteIfEmpty = 0; the effect plays

Apparently, vehicle weapons are have same problem

  1. download & launch repro mission on dedicated server
  2. left AI-crew tank firing at right tank
  3. no any particles on firing main caliber, only flash(zasleh) animation (3d model)
  4. note - look carefully at 30mm gun on top of tank, its gun particles seems work random (every 3rd shot I'd say)
