When controlling the UAV, locality takes a long time to switch, compared to instant switch when you get into vehicles as player. On dedicated server turrets sometimes take 1:30 to switch locality and as observed in real games may never switch locality at all to unknown reasons. This issue makes UAVs much harder to play in real MP games as shooting with remote turret does nothing but consumes ammo.

Steps To Reproduce
- Launch attached mission on a dedicated server:
- Join and start the game
- Take control of UAV driver
- Observe how long it takes for locality to change
Additionally there is "mess with locality" option which asks server to do
group uav setGroupOwner _owner; uav setOwner _owner;
for the player that started controlling the drone. This is done in an attempt to speed up locality switch, but turret taking the longest to switch
you can turn this off by using "Mess with locality", it should say "OFF" in action to be turned off.

Before 2.18 it had severe issues on a dedicated server with the MK41 VLS.
Same problem where the projectile/missile sometimes wouldn't spawn.
In 2.18 everything appears to work now. 👍
