We are currently aware that this issue occurs for some players that are using some kind of program overlay (Discord, Steam and similar). Can you try turning off any overlays (if you are using any) and let us know if you are still experiencing this issue?

If you navigate to the C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ folder and open the *username*_settings.DayZProfile file, what is the value of battleyeLicense= ? (1 or 0). And if it is 1, can you try to delete the battleye folder located in your instalation folder and also the battleye folder located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye, verify the game cache in Steam and let us know if the issue persists still?

I found the solution yesterday but forgot to close or update this, basically I had to edit my mouse's polling rate from 500hz/1000hz to 250hz and it fixes this issue. Weird, because if I run it as an admin 500hz/1000hz isn't a problem but as I said above the game doesn't work in Admin mode. I consider this issue solved for now, hopefully in the future I'll be able to run it as an admin.
It seems to only stop me for about 15 minutes yesterday.

When you experience those character locks in the database. How long do these locks approximately last? Are you able to connect to the servers after a few minutes or can it persist even for hours?

Hello, what is frame rate of your computer screen? And on which frame rate your PC screen was configured to? This is important detail here.
stress test #10
I noticed similar problem for me on stress test #9. I have got only around 20 FPS on medium details - and gunfight was horrible for me I died 2 times like from 1 bullet. On poor I have got around 40 FPS and it was playable.
In overnight stress test #10 I have got better FPS,I was able to set it to LOW (with something disabled) and get average 45+ FPS. I mean that I have got similar good performance in stress test #10 and #7 but I mean that best performance (comparing #7 #9 #10) was #7 than #10, worst #9.
I cant open the game settings in game.
The game is chrashing when i do click on the setting button.
