The Experimental branch servers have been shut down as of today, so we won't be able to move this character (it will be deleted). The Experimental branch servers will come back online when we have a new patch/build that has to be tested.

Ah, I see the link there. The question on servers was also to determine if you were playing on 3rd/1st person servers and if it was on the Stable or Experimental branch.

Would either of you be able to do a recording of this happening? For example, joining the server, getting booted to the main menu, going back to the server browser and then the particular server is no longer present in the list?

We'll check and see, but internally we haven't seen major dips in client performance and it does not seem to be a global issue either across the part of the player base testing 0.60 at the moment.

Are you sure that your system is configured correctly? I see basically no info on your GT 635M in your dxdiag report (other than where the driver files are located). Can you confirm the date for the last update of the drivers for your 635M? Aside from that, the benchmark numbers for the GT 635M are only slightly higher than those for the HD 4000 so I still would not expect blistering performance in DayZ.
Could you try updating your hardware drivers and see what happens please? As an example, the time stamp for the HD 4000 drivers in your dxdiag report state that they are from 12/21/2015. Outside of that, the HD4000 is the minimum requirement for graphics cards when running DayZ (http://store.steampowered.com/app/221100/), so we cannot guarantee that you'll have a super smooth experience when playing DayZ.

Sorry to hear about the trouble with your server. Have you received a reply from Vilayer yet? The reason for asking is that we do not have access to their systems in order to administrate servers.
This is a known issue that will be addressed during development. While we realize that it is tough losing your character data, we are still not at a stage in development where we are prepared to guarantee character progression.

According to the server hosting rules, the server name is not allowed to state for example that the "Server somehow has modified loot spawns, or other game data". For that reason, stating "24/7 Day" is not allowed since it should not be possible to "halt" the day/night cycle.

Loot has temporarily been removed from this building since some players were abusing a bug which would enable them to clip into the building. Once this problem has been resolved (we're curently waiting for the new character controller), the loot spawns will be re-activated for this building.

I see that your server is up and running again. In cases where you contact your GSP, I could imagine that they would have a turn around time on support tickets of 24 hours, but I would recommend that you ask and get Vilayer to clarify on that.
