Stuck in a tree (Bouncing up and down)

Description

It is like 2 months now when i was playing dayz again. The reason why i quit playing is, that i got stucked in a cutted tree in the lake near Cap Golova. I am bouncing up and down the whole time and cant get out of it. I tried crouching, jumping, running (by the way running and jumping does not even work), restarting and rejoining a server, but nothing solved the problem. So i decided to contact the dayz support, but this page was not working for such a long time. Finally it does work again and my question is, if it is possible to get me out of the tree without losing all the gear i have.

Sorry to hear about your trouble. If you send me a link to your Steam profile, I can move your character. Example: "http://steamcommunity.com/id/xxxxxxxxxx/"

Also, please let me know which server your character is stuck on (ip + port number).

If you prefer to send your Steam ID url in a private message, you can click the "Make Private" button to the left of your message after you click the button labeled "Add Note".

How long am i supposed to wait until i get moved? I do really appreciate your work, but i am waiting 2 days now and i would like to play dayz again..

Sorry for the delay. I tried moving your character, but do you have time to check and see if your character is still stuck?
