I am stuck. Cannot move character, can't rotate. Can vault and crouch/prone while still being stuck.

Please help. I am stuck in the pond near NWAF.

Note: My stuck character is on a Regular 1st/3rd Person server.

I am now playing on a Hardcore server in the meantime. This character is not stuck.
