I'm not entirely sure if you mean that you have a stuck character. If you do, just send me a link to your Steam profile, and I can move your character. Example: "http://steamcommunity.com/id/xxxxxxxxxx/"
Also, please let me know which server your character is stuck on (ip + port number).
If you prefer to send your Steam ID url in a private message, you can click the "Make Private" button to the left of your message after you click the button labeled "Add Note".
