I was playing by myself looting the tents south-west of NWAF. Someone snuck up to me to kill me, but I noticed him. As I press the button to put my AUG in hands the game crashes and closes. I decided to call it and walk the dog and not playing for the rest of the day.

I tried to join a server with a friend the next day. We waited for a exp. server to restart so we could both join at the same time. He was a fresh spawn and got onto the server faster than me, but when I got the "Direct communication" box in the corner and black screen (just before the world loading and becomming visible), I am thrown back to the main menu. My friend then told me that the he got the "No message recieved..." and disconnected. The server we just joined was gone from the server list and we began refreshing. The server came back up, we joined and the exact same thing happened. He loaded in first, me following a few seconds later. He ran for 10 secs and got disconnected, I got thrown back to the main menu and the server was gone. We again waited for the server to pop up and joined only for the exact same thing to happen again. We eventually skipped that server, but noticed now that we didn't join it didn't go down. A new server restarted, we joined and same thing again. I told my friend to join without me as i suspected my problems could be a reason. He joined the server we just tried a few times while I stayed off, it worked and he was able to play. I began refreshing other servers and get lucky to join an allready maxed out server. Again I get thrown back to the main menu.

Over the last several days, whenever I join a server, I get thrown back to the main menu just after the loading screen dissapears or have been show a black screen + the "ready!" message. Sometimes the server I tried to join has vanished from the server list.

In my attempts to solve this I joined a 1st person ONLY server which I can load into and play just fine, however 3rd person servers are all bahving the same towards me. I've tried completely uninstalling the game, removing the all DayZ related files in Documents, Appdata, Steam folder and the Steam user files. I even cleared my Steam Cloudsync files for Dayz just get everything reset. Nothing as worked and I get thrown back to the main menu every time.
