As discussed in many threads including this one: http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?184110-Select-all-gear-classnames-per-playerside [^]
Also somewhat related talk-page of the VA system: https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Talk:Arsenal [^]
Everything in the game is side-based, so it makes sense to also be able to be able to select the weapons per default side.
Not only weapons, also uniforms, magazines and items need to be made select-able per side, so we can easily restrict weapon selection systems to contain items for a specific side.
I'ts not very realistic for a Virtual Arsenal box to have a full selection of the opposing gear (also not allowed per Genevieve convention)
This could probably best be done from the command-line while starting the server, or with the steamCMD app.
Problem is to create a steam credentials file that cannot be read by other community members that have access to our RDP.
It will be no problem for me to add another steamCMD command in our restarter-tool, that upon restart/crash, first checks for a updated workshop subscription, Or just add the required command to the startup parameter, so the server makes this check & download.

Upvoted for passenger-list
whoever is not communicating to me in the vehicle channel will not be landed where he\she wants, just get your communication straight. But it would be good to see who got in, and how many.
Don't think that IRL a whole set of kit will fit in a simple backpack ... So for now i vote neutral on this issue
As a complete current system would deffo be overkill in my opinion, a little static wobble would do it for me.
3 more screens added.
I spend some time troubleshooting as it happens frequent, and re-appairs also after server restart (dedicated) or client restart.
Happened when:
Playing in MP at around game-time 20:30
Playing without the use of NVG
What does NOT work to remove the effect:
- open & close map
- use & dis-use binoculars
- again alt-tab
- open & close inventory
- go in or out vehicles
What does reset situation to normal:
- activate & deactivate NVG
Settings: 1920x1080 HD high\ultra on Radeon 7950 boost 3gb (stable branch)
agree a strangle, knive slice, or rifle butt would be great. But nothing too quick to avoid BF3 behaviour.

perfect the way it works now, pls don't change.
I agree partially only.
Picking up a weapon should only include the current loaded magazin with the actual remaining rounds in it.
All remaining ammo should be picked up manually.
Disagree, ammo should be picked up manually.
Upvoted, Specially while making a landing with damaged main motor, you will need the sliding in order to come to a save halt....
