I noticed that when playing around in the editor as a diver you cannot load a helmet or fully loaded plate carrier in the diver's bag. I was going to use the diver to infiltrate the coast line and then swap out is gear on land so that I could continue the mission. I could only load the clothes that I wanted to use in the backpack. I haven't tried this with any other backpacks other than the one that comes standard with the divers. It would be great if the player had the ability to take the rebreather off, select a plate carrier or other load bearing vest and then load it with the equipment or ammo that they needed for their mission, and then load that plate carrier w/ equipment into the rucksack and then re-attach the rebreather for diving ops. That way when the player has infiltrated that coast line and has found a safe area they could then take the diving gear off and equip themselves with the clothing, helmet, and plate carrier that they had setup.

Use a standard diver w/ backpack and try to take the rebreather off, equip a plate carrier rig, load it with ammo and other gear, then try to drag the plate carrier into the backpack slot. it will not work.

Don't think that IRL a whole set of kit will fit in a simple backpack ... So for now i vote neutral on this issue
must have, in real life possible too, sometimes divers carying uniform and some lite equipment for redress in waterproof ruck, because environment on target are can be very different and difficult, so here need another equipment
Usually, during the circumstances described, the diver team carries with them a sealed crate with their actual inland gear that they drag to the shore and gear up from it before continuing the mission.

There is only so much that can fit in a Backpack. If you consider that a vest is as wide if not a little wider than a backpack.. It is hard to get it into the backpack with the ballistic plates and stuff.
