You are assuming that the dev's will actually take the time to read all of the comments from each report. I would much rather have a proper, separate, report explaining in detail how to reproduce the bug then the "first" report leaving the dev's scratching their heads while searching through lines of code on where there MIGHT be an error.
Just seems this one will actually help the dev's squash the bug faster.
If this is actually implemented, R.I.P. CPU.
I would much rather have dismemberment and entry/exit wound decals. It IS possible to take "realism" too far - this would be crossing the line and just make things frustrating for a game thats supposed to be fun.
On the infantry showcase where you are to kill the spotters, I ran right up to them and not once did they fire at me (Regular difficulty). I shot one guy because he was an obvious target (standing up). The other guy was prone on the ground. I thought he was dead because he was barely moving and just staring at me.
Pressing "V" twice allows you to exit when on the ground, but not once in the air.
I, for one, would like to be able to eject from a helicopter. Especially since it would make diver insertion pretty awesome.
Geneva Conventions are NOT simulated in this game. By your logic, we shouldn't be able to shoot or kill civilians. Guess what? We can.
To be honest, the Geneva Convention excuse pisses me off. I really hope they aren't serious, as the Geneva Convention is a big joke. Torture, assassinations, subterfuge, etc. all still exist today. In fact, who's to say that the Geneva Convention would even still be around in 2035 for when this game takes place?
Hollow point ammunition is against the Geneva Convention. Guess who purchased around 2 BILLION rounds of it? The DHS in the United States. Enough to shoot every single U.S. citizen 6 times. Is it really reasonable to assume in a scenario like that one would wave around a piece of paper that has the Geneva Convention on it? So please don't insult our intelligence with this Geneva Convention fairy tale in a video game, since the actual world we live in is a lot more ugly and brutal.
Someone please call North Korea and tell them nuclear war is against the "Geneva Convention" LOL!! *echo*
I was really looking forward to make some infiltration missions (like what was showcased at E3) without having to use bastardized scripts through the editor. And simply disabling the option for multiplayer stops "that" debate on day one.
