I have been able to play Reforger up until today when suddenly the game will start and run in the background, but not focus on any monitor. This happened right after installing DayZ Standalone (which installs another version of BattleEye). Adding "-profile" to Steam launch options seems to have solved this, but now I'm missing all my mods.

Update: Deleting profile folder under "\Documents\My Games\ArmaReforger\profile" solved the issue.
Appears to have been caused by the file "ReforgerEngineSettings.conf" under "\Documents\My Games\ArmaReforger\profile\.save\settings"
