This will greatly help Fireteam Leaders in PvP play.
More useful than 'command' channel; more needed than side channel.
Some cool features of a Squad UI would include:
-Name/title a squad allow people to form-up by language/type/function, etc, ex:"Helo crew, Polish, need mic".
An easy way for people to organize, ingame, on the fly.
-assign fireteams [hud]
-Tag players [hud]: handy feature for buddy-teams, fireteam leaders, etc.
-Kick player and lock squad: squad leaders can kick problem players and limit the size of the squad.
-See players class/loadout, as in AT, medic, mg gunner, etc., and crew postions, as in driver, gunner, commander.
True. The use of a Squad Interface depends on a mission makers intent.
The idea is to have a polished, standardized UI any mission maker could employ.
--without the need for a @mod download, as with the shack-tak hud, or advanced scripting skills.
Look at it as a useful tool for mission makers and server admins.
Love the idea. In ace2 we have small, light [0.6kg.] charges that can take down a section of wall without killing the squad from back-splash.
In tight, urban streets where the enemy owns the fire-lanes, key-holing is the only way to advance.
So, a light demo-charge, 'plastic' would be a useable addition.
Hotfix stable build please
Can replicate with keys only:
W + sprint + 'ajust'.
So, W/Left shift/Left control.
Can drag to delete.
EBR iron sight is still shooting low. No change.
Yeah, iron sight is firing into the ground. Was using a hit detector to see the strikes.
Bis has a ingame von. I'd like to see "group" have tuneable channels, short range.
Also a long range kit/rack tuneable on 'side channel'.
I do like von id alot --name-tags to voices.
3ed party solutions like TeamSpeak should remain as mods.

Yes. Snap rifle to view.
No weight penalty for sprinting.
ACE got this right --time for bis to default a meaningful weight/fatigue system.
DOWNVOTE +1 to Hell!
"If you have the "Collective Lower (analog") bound do an axis, you can decrease altitude much quicker than a button "Collective Lower" (non analog setting)." --Frag85
Analog is very responsive.
I like how analog works.
Use the up/down keys to 'lock neutral lift' at the point you want it to level out.
Try it, works good.
A long overdue feature.
