I'll vote up because it's a real issue but it's always come the way you described it, Your issue is not unique but you seems to be one of the few who know the steps to reproduce. Here's the post with the most vote up on the same issue. http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=540 let's concentrate all votes on one so when can be heard.

I've found the lighting of the chemlight realy awsome but i've used them only once and i think it was nearly 10pm. So you made me want to try them on different hours. I'll vote up when i'm finish testing this one out.
AS a player who did almost 100 hours of flight in take on. I use the same joystick (Saitek X52), I've remove all the joystick dead spot and top the sensitivity in the Arma3 settings and even there I'm no where near to make my nice and quick landing as I'm used to do in take on. But for the rest I give them credit for the overall handling, Rudder in arma2 was really awful.
I totally approve that one, i was playing an hour ago, my teammate was pined down by AI and my only way to suppress fire on them was to shot trough a window I wasn't able to manage burst firing. (even though AI doesn't seems to be influence by fire suppression)
I approve this one I was on multiplay when a player did a run over me so when he turned back to do an other run I shot him and his AH-9 fell next to me so I hopped in, there where no damage at all so I took it back (battlefield style).
Yeah I totaly aprove that point. If you think about a situation where you face an enemy player, you should be able to blind im with or without NVG's and even more with NVG's.
I was testing the A-A missiles with my friend, I took one hit all indication went red a had no more rotors but I was still able to do the auto rotation. The descent was so slow that my friend had the time to lunch another missile, that one didn't do anything on my disabled AH-9. I did a successful landing on a hangar's roof and died when I jumped off...
I might have found the step to reproduce this bug. I'll copy paste what i wrote in another issue. -- http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=540 --
I might have found a reason. It always bugging when your put your weapon down (using x2 Ctrl) and then you get stuck if you right click for aiming your weapon while walking or running. Best way i've found to solve it it's by pressing v key.
