I'm not a fan of the changes proposed here, people can build bases along the water and store boats at their bases just like cars. I don't think they should despawn unless they're destroyed, same as cars. Maybe suggest a monthly vehicle wipe to the server owner instead.

This is not only a problem of the Sahal map. I forgot the last time I saw a boat on Chernarus. They are simply collected in one place, or driven along rivers deep into the map, once I saw a boat under a bridge. Hunting for cars makes sense, since they are multifunctional transport. Although meeting a car at a respawn point is more often an exception than a rule. But boats have a very limited use, it is simply a bonus to movement on water and that's all. It would be great if boats respawned after some fixed time, for example every hour, two, four, and so on.

Reduced inventory capacity might make sense for the Sahal map, where people can test their strength in specific conditions. However, on the Chernarus map, the current inventory capacity makes it impossible to make forays to replenish your supplies at the base or in secret caches.

I hadn't had enough time to form a final opinion. You could logically fit three jerrycans in an Alice backpack or two wheels and some extra items. I run with a maxed out character at all times (best gear) and I miss having a ton extra room because of well prioritization. I would leave base with bandages, a knife, a compass, food and maybe each kind of repairing kit for clothing and firearm(s). I really miss leaving base without a backpack and still having the room to collect larger items. Keeping my character looking like an operator or special ops and of course having the smaller silhouette. I personally don't know if any players would run a ghillie suit anymore.

My freshly wiped, vanilla Livonia server is experiencing constant freezes and delays. Despite being unmodified, the performance is abysmal. I find it hard to believe that heavily modded servers are the sole cause of these issues, as my server is completely vanilla.
Prior to update 1.26, my server ran flawlessly. However, since the update, it has become unplayable.
This problem needs to be addressed urgently.
