You can stand on the fallen shelf in this building which forces your head through the ceiling

You have a 360 view of the surroundings through the wall. Sometimes nothing renders outside the building making for an even better view.

In addition to this, i've yet again been victim to players seeing/shooting through walls. Yellow residential building this time. I don't know how that one is done.
