sometimes items spawn on the ground in textures and can't be picked up or interacted with. most often these are frying pans and grindstones in a village barn with large gates on both sides.

perhaps this is not a spawn bug, but the result of someone throwing the item, because I also often encounter items thrown by other players and these items get stuck in textures.
