Multiple issue on top of the large silo at the south end of Solnichniy on Chernarus when trying to:

build fences(specifically the lower frames as well as craft gates from fences)
watchtower kits(same issue as fences with not being able build lower frames)
flag pole kits are extremely spotty on where it will deploy
tents will not deploy
fireplaces will not upgrade to ovens

There is plenty of room on the top of the silo, and it will let me deploy fence and watchtower kits on just about the whole top surface, but in several areas the fences will not allow you to build the lower frames. The only options available are to build a platform or the upper frame. Also on these same fence locations, they are unable to be crafted into gates.
