Shouldn't be difficult to fix
@Astaroth I've checked - it's resolved. Ticket can be closed.
Vehicles in the list all meet conditions required (engine on) for dashboard lightning to work independently from headlights
+ There are vehicles, where it always worked properly, like Prawlers, Vans, and MB 4WD.
So it shouldn't be difficult to fix this game immersion breaking issues.
This ticket should be reopened and assigned to somebody.
So how can one mark a ticket as resolved/closed if it's not at all?
Vehicles in the list were all tested on the ground (not in the air) with AI behavior set to Aware, respecting conditions you mentioned in order for collision lights to be turned on.
If it working properly only for jets and cessnas on the ground with AI behavior set to Aware, but not for the rest, there is a problem!

Should be a simple config fix, as other vehicles not in this list (with AI inside) with behavior also set to "Aware" have their headlights ON at night.

Please, close this ticket -> solved.
Real needs to be done as suggested, I think.

Valid as well for CSAT!

Numerous players of our servers also report to have "problems" to tell how far a vehicle really is.

It would be logical that when you destroy lights - they turn off, instead of moving to an other position, like on the height of the wings, continuing to illuminate from nowhere.
This was the only point.

This is not normal that you have to keep the headlights turned on to see the speed or other information on the dashboard of the vehicle.
And it's working correctly for Prawlers, Vans and MB 4WD that need to have only their motors on and not the headlights to see the speed or other information on the dashboard
Haven't received any valid explanation, but the ticket was closed as "Resolved" despite it being valid and not normal with AI's behavior set to "Aware" and with some vehicles where it works just fine with AI's behavior set to "Aware".
In T127813#1668308, @Wulf wrote:I suspect that you were testing the jets on the ground and of course when the jets are on the ground they will have lights on before and during take off. That is normal behavior even for jets in real life. They do not take off with lights off that would be too dangerous. After they gain altitude they turn the lights off.
So why all the vehicles listed with behavior set to "Aware" had their collision lights turned off while on the ground if you say they should have them turned on for take off?

So this is normal that Marshall has its headlights on while Bobcat/Panther etc. don't?
that Marid does while Kamysh doesn't
that Gorgon does while Mora doesn't
that jets do while helicopters don't
You are right, the default behavior was "Aware", but why then vehicles like jets and Cessnas had their collision lights ON with behavior "Aware"?
